We are located in Oregon, United States of America and all items will be hand made and shipped from there
How do I know if a bracelet is going to fit?
It is definitely recommended that you make sure a bracelet will fit before you purchase
Bracelets are measured in Inches. Dimensions of Bracelets are in Diameter.
Try to find a clean glass or jar and put your hand through the opening, if your hand fits, or does not, measure the jar opening from one to side to the exact opposite side (diameter) to give you an idea.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most items on this site are "made to order" and take roughly 1-2 weeks to make. Items are shipped once they are completed.
Domestic orders or orders that are shipped within the United States are shipped USPS priority mail. Priority mail takes 2-3 days to receive once shipped. International Orders are shipped USPS First class and take roughly 2 weeks to receive. Some International orders may take a bit longer then 2 weeks
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by the receiving country.
All international customs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer returns/refunds/exchanges?
Absolutely yes we do! Returns or exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
We want to keep this fun and it's no fun if you are not happy
If you accidentally choose the wrong size piece but are very much in love with it, email us to see if we can replicate it in a size that will fit
How do I care for my Jewelry?
Your jewelry should be treated with care as it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface
~~Avoid wearing your jewelry underwater
~~ Avoid storing your jewelry in direct sunlight
~~Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion or other chemicals directly on your jewelry
~~ Use good judgment when performing tasks that may endanger the jewelry such as shoveling dirt, gardening, doing the dishes, rock climbing, yoga class etc..
Resin jewelry warms with your body heat for a comfortable fit and may become slightly soft but will harden up when cooled down
It is recommended that you treat your resin jewelry like any other nice piece of jewelry
It is meant to be worn, seen and enjoyed -just do so with care
